Once they’ve seen details of your costs, services, experience and local knowledge they can decide whether you’re the right agent for them – and when they do, you’ll be given their contact details to arrange a valuation. At this point, it’s not a sales call, it’s a service call. The dialogue’s in place and they already like what they’ve seen so far; the hardest part is done with minimal effort.
